# 梨 山 烏 龍 茶 Lishan Oolong Tea
此款，位於極高海拔的梨山茶區，春天帶有寒意，冬天來得早且飄雪，終年幾乎冷冽雲霧籠罩
茶樹成長緩慢，因土壤有機含量高，茶葉富含茶胺酸與果膠質；
並以輕發酵輕焙火製成，不僅保留山頭氣，雍容高雅且內斂冷礦之味，品飲後喉韻更留藏果香，令人回味無窮。
Tree plants grow slowly here. Due to the high amount of soil organic matters in this region, the tea is rich in L-Theanine and pectin.
The mountain aroma is retained in the tea leaves.

半發酵青茶系中最具代表台灣莫過於阿里山高山茶了，除歸功於優越的地理環境條件

南投高山茶區的焙香烏龍茶搭配新鮮桂花，遵循傳統窨薰製法，讓茶葉吸飽滿滿的花香

Osmanthus Oolong from the mountainous region of Nantou, combined with freshly picked Osmanthus,

經過24小時窨製，香氣淡雅，回甘的同時亦可享受淡淡的茉莉花香
Half fermented Oolong from the high mountainous in Nantou and freshly picked Jasmine from Zhuanghua,
go through 24 hours of scenting, resulting in a light and elegant Jasmine aftertaste.

產自南台灣的翡翠檸檬外皮綠中帶黃又稱綠翡翠，有著迷人香氣和酸甜滋味

The green-yellowish Lemon, originated in southern Taiwan, has a charming aroma and sour sweet taste.
The unique orange flavour of Ceylon Assam and Emerald Lemon render the tea sour and sweet and has a mellow and thick tea flavour.

台灣早期栽種的鳳梨品種，肉黃纖維細、味甜香濃

The pineapple variety that was cultivated early in Taiwan has golden flesh,fine texture, sweet and rich taste.
The golden diamond pineapple and Wenshan Pouchong produce light and fres flavor that is suitable to make both hot and iced tea.

嚴選台東池上糙米做成玄米，結合台南本土青仁黑豆，富含微量元素、礦物質以及花青素

This Genmaicha, made from select brown rice from Chishang, Taitung and black soybean from Tainan,

# 薄 荷 玉 米 鬚 Mint Roasted Corn Tassel Tea
嚴選自花蓮瑞穗自然農法栽培的紅鬚玉米筍，採用整株紅玉米鬚及筍，並加入薄荷葉
長時間低溫烘焙製成，保留更多香氣及營養成分，清涼解渴促進新陳代謝，是體內環保最佳飲品。
The select baby corns (with red silks) from farms in Ruisui, Huelian are naturally grown.
The entirety of each baby corn, including the silks, is roasted with mint leaves at a low temperature for a long period of time.
Tea aroma and nutrients are thus kept in the tea.
